FISH and goat had a little outing today!
First, we met at bugis mrt station at 11.30(btw,fish was late)
then we walked to bugis junction and saw a addidas shop there(not the point)
then we walked some more and ended up at bugis street.
and then we walked even more and ended up in another part of bugis.
then fish bought a t-shirt from one of the shops there.
then we walked back to bugis junction.
then we walked to the national library.
when we went inside, we noticed that the up escalator wasn't running.
so we were like,"aiya,spoil ald lar.."
BUT we got a shock when it suddenly started running when we placed our feet on it.
so we realised how dumb we were and laughed our heads off.
then we waited for the lift cause we realised that we had to go back down to B1 to borrow/return books.
and the lift took SO long that we thought that it was spoilt too.
BUT just when we were about to take the escalator down,the wonderful lift came.
again,we laughed ourselves silly.
then fish went to approach 3 librarians and asked them the same thing over and over again cause they all kept giving us silly directions.
finally we found the books she wanted so we borrowed them and went out.
then we somehow found our way back to bugis junction after going the wrong way.
Afterwhich we found bugis street cause we lost it on our way.
the whole time, fish and i kept walking ard and ard the same place over and over again.
we even went one whole round ard some building after blindly walking past the entrance.
so we went back there, walked a whole lot more and fish bought 2 more shirts.
and we also bought ribena(sp?) snow cause we wered too thirsty.
it was rather sour actually.but who cares.ppl thirsty ah.
then we walked back to bugis junction in search of a place to have lunch.
unfortunately,we couldnt find any food outlet which satisfied us so we decide to go to tekka.
TEKKA.best lar best.
fish wanted to buy some hindi vcd so we went to look ard.
then we didnt know where to go and eat.
so we decided to go to komalas.
and we ate nicely while listening to some old song that komalas was playing.
one battura for goat and a vege meal for fish(mm..yummy!)
then after that while finding our way back to little india mrt station, we got kinda lost.
but together,fish who was street smart and goat who was road smart,found our way back to the station.
then we took some photos,yadayadayada and returned home...
